Fabric and Color Coordinator DESIGN DEPARTMENT Los Angeles, California Job Position Roles and Responsibilities: · Approve all trim, fabric, color on all garments in a 24-hour turn. · Organize fabric and trim library. Color and fabric trending · Set up Fabric area for the department’s design team and manage fabric/trim. · Prompt and Proper Communication of direction to fabric sourcing team in Asia. · Work with design and production to meet all guidelines and deadlines. · Produce Fabric and Trim Trend Boards monthly/seasonally. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Minimum 5 - 7 years of Product Development, Design or related experience REQUIRED. · Fashion Merchandising, Textile, or related degree REQUIRED. · Strong knowledge of Woven/Knit Fabrics. · Strong color sense and fabric/trim knowledge. · Excellent organizational skills.
