| Provides administrative support to Executive Director including (but not limited to): calendar/appointments, travel arrangements, T&E maintenance, filing. | ||
| Assist in the preparation & distribution of key marketing documents and tools including (but not limited to): marketing bulletins, newsletters, seasonal marketing books, merchandising guide. | ||
| Responsible for tracking all aspects of competitive launches and preparing competitive launch analyses by season to distribute to executive staff. | ||
| Responsible for maintenance & upkeep of key marketing books & files including (but not limited to): competitive & internal advertising, internet, & trade marketing activity. | ||
| Responsible for coordination of information and collation of documents for all marketing presentations. | ||
| Responsible for retrieving & sharing information from the international on-line marketing book (including sales argumentations & scenery dramatizations). | ||
| Assist Corporate Marketing Manager in both the adaptation of global merchandising concepts & rules, & the training of domestic sales staff on the local merchandising mission & proper implementation. | ||
| Responsible for the management & maintenance of the competitive information system, NPD PowerView, & all competitive data reporting, including monthly summary to executive staff. | ||
| Assists corporate marketing manager in identifying internet opportunities and making recommendations accordingly. | ||
| Responsible for management of all retailer internet sites: monitor and ensure proper brand image, provide partners with appropriate images & copy, creation & distribution of seasonal internet guides, tracking & reporting of placements & programs, delivery of program tools. | ||
| Responsible for maintenance of video library & video reproduction. | ||
| Responsible for providing retailers with necessary tools for all cooperative advertising programs. Manages library of all tools required for this purpose (matchprints, photography guidelines, comps). | ||
| Responsible for inventory control & organization of marketing closets. | ||
| Supports marketing team for event executions (including launch parties), national sales meetings, & retailer meetings. | ||
| Responsible for invoice control & maintenance for corporate marketing budgets. | ||
| Qualifications: | ||
| Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role. | ||
| Team oriented individual with strong interpersonal, organizational, & administrative skills. | ||
| Ability to work under pressure & meet fluctuating deadlines. | ||
| Proactive individual who takes the initiative on new projects & offers new ideas. | ||
| Strong organizational skills & administrative effectiveness. | ||
| Excellent written & verbal communication skills. | ||
| Familiarity with prestige fragrance business & marketplace a plus. | ||
| Computer excellence in all Microsoft Office & Internet applications. | ||
| Familiarity with Cognos & NPD PowerView a plus. | ||
| Attention to detail and good sense of humor a plus. | ||
