Prepares and coordinates training materials | ||
Delivers product and service training seminars for store owners and beauty consultants | ||
Provides initial training and on-site training through seminars and counter activities/events to strengthen new doors and new hires | ||
Strengthens beauty consultant's skills in product knowledge and service quality through follow-up training and counter activity | ||
Encourages beauty consultants by building on their strengths and talents through events | ||
Improves and maintains Shiseido image at all times | ||
Motivates stores to participate in Shiseido programs | ||
Coordinates stores in execution of promotions and product launches | ||
Works with stores to develop sales through events and demonstrations | ||
Maximizes the use of available marketing tools and programs | ||
Provides counter activity, events and workshops based on stores' needs or marketing plan | ||
Support high potential cosmetic boutique stores | ||
Assist in maximizing sales for regions | ||
Controls expense to budget | ||
Submits expense reports and required reports in a timely manner |
Qualifications: | ||
Bilingual (English and Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese) | ||
Cosmetics background preferable (at least 1 year) | ||
No objection to business travel | ||
College Degree or equivalent work experience | ||
Basic computer skills | ||
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the general public | ||
Driver license a must | ||
