Description : | Job Details: Arch Expert (Brow Bar Esthetician) GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE • The Arch Expert is responsible for demonstrating and selling Benefit products by following the Benefit selling methodology and by performing brow and facial waxing services. The Arch Expert is also responsible for maintaining State Board compliant areas, and keeping accurate and complete records. It is expected that the Arch Expert will provide excellent customer service, achieve all service and product goals and follow all Benefit and Ulta guidelines and policies. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions) • Acknowledge and greet all Guests and offer friendly, prompt and courteous service. • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals using the Benefit 8 Step Magic Formula. • Demonstrate, recommend and sell Benefit products. • Perform short salon services, including brow and facial waxing and tweezing. Up-sell additional services when appropriate. • Service drop-in customers in a timely and efficient manner. Service all customers with a sense of urgency. • Book appointments for return services, makeup lessons, and scheduled special events. • Convert service customers into Benefit product sales. • Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times. • Create and maintain a partnership with prestige consultants and salon professionals to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service. • Notify General Manager of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times. • Ensure stock is kept full at all times; perform resets and planograms as directed. • Ensure prestige department and boutique standards are adhered to at all times. • Attend ULTA and/or Benefit training, meetings and events as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS • Ability to engage passive customers in an open retail environment to demonstrate, recommend and sell services and products. • Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license. • Proficiency in brow and facial waxing techniques. • Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Flexibility with scheduling required. WORKING CONDITIONS • On a regular basis, requires the ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for a minimum of 4 hours, and lift or move 50 lbs. • On an occasional basis, requires the ability to climb a ladder and balance. • On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel and crouch. |
