Provides the optimum level of customer service by fulfilling customer requirements and needs and consistantly applies non-negotiable sales standards. Assists in all areas of store operations as requested by immediate supervisor.
Personal Sales and Customer Service

• Demonstrates effective phone etiquette through customer service
• Follow through with customer experience by utilizing thank you cards, business cards, and maintaining the client book

Brand/Visual Responsibilities
• Ensures ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance
• Attends and participates in store flips
• Cleans, vacuums, folds, sizes, steams, replenishes as assigned
• Ability to service and sell to customers from all sections in the store
• Understands and supports the visual direction
• Actively participates in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding, and floor changes
• Supports the maintenance and order of all stockroom areas
• Participates in the receiving and processing of stock to the sales floor
• Maintains a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines and dresses with the intention of meeting the Club Monaco product and customer profile
• Models and ensures dress code compliance
