Description:
Charlotte Russe, a growing national retail chain of junior fashion apparel stores is currently casting for 2 Fit Models for the San Francisco Office.


SUMMARY
Fit modeling for uppers, lowers, and combination outfits. Responsible for abiding by all company standards as explained in the company handbook. All essential duties listed below must be accomplished according to established departmental measures and standards.


Charlotte Russe will conduct fit sessions for women with the following measurements:

*Employee will be re-measured every 2 weeks to ensure core measurements are within acceptable tolerance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Duties include but not limited too:
- Try on garments in order defined by fit technician.
- Hang all garments on hanger immediately after taking off.
- Hand specification sheet and fit garment to fit technician while exiting the change room.


COMPETENCIESInclude but are not limited too:
- Ability to communicate and describe fit discomforts
- Ability to give constructive feedback on styling and proportions
- Ability to remain calm and still during fitting
- Ability to follow direction such as ‘testing garment reach’
- Ability to interact well with Fit Technicians, Buyers, and Management


FOUNDATIONS, HAIR, and FOOTWEAR (employee supplied)
Include but are not limited to:
- Briefs (no thongs or g-strings)
- Nude color bra (padding may be required)
- Denim Jeans
- High heals (2” height)
- Hair tied up and off the shoulders



QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must match Charlotte Russe standard body dimensions within acceptable predetermined limits.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
There is no prerequisite for education. Previous experience is not required.
