What you’ll get to do:
• Ensure that every Customer who visits us has fun, gains knowledge and wants to shop with us again and tell their friend!
• Spend time with each individual customer, providing personal, one on one care and recommending products and services based on features, benefits and advantages. (And, don’t worry if you don’t know how to do this right now…if you’re a fit, you’ll be trained on how to do this like a pro!)
• Be empowered and make the best decisions.
• Develop your professional and leadership skills.

In addition to the primary responsibilities of the Retail Fit Expert, you will have the opportunity to take on some of the following responsibilities:

• 8-10 hour a week commitment specifically on PR (Public Relations) Grassroots Marketing
• Schedule In-Store events to take place in your store
• Face of Road Runner Sports in the community
• Initiate contact with regional corporations, emergency services, local health practitioners, health clubs, high school coaches, running clubs, etc. and present what Road Runner Sports can offer
• Will work directly with Store Manager and Retail Grassroots Manager

You’re a perfect fit if you:
Have at least three years of retail store or sales experience, and an Associates degree from a college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Have enthusiasm, energy and an outgoing personality.
Embrace change and prefer a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy a flexible schedule and are able to work weekends/holidays, as needed.
Like to have fun, are passionate about taking care of your Customers’ needs, and have a ‘can do’ approach.
