ASSISTANT FASHION MERCHANDISER

Job Level: Entry Level
Field: Fashion Merchandising/Research
Job Functions: Design Support, Research & Administrative Support

Description:
- Work directly with/report directly to the Creative Director
- Respond to seasonal direction from Creative Director and Studio Management
- Responsible for compiling, organizing and archiving trend and market research
- Responsible for organizing trend and market research library
- Work with Studio Team and variety of company departments
- Provide miscellaneous office support

Specific Skills:
- Proficient on both MAC and PC platform, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, In Design, Digital photography
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Footwear and Accessory experience a plus
- BA/BFA degree in fashion merchandising or fashion design
