We are a fashion retailer - shoes, handbags, clothing, and more.


We are hiring an a graphics designer. You will be the lead person for the look and feel of our site (branding) and all creative assets, including banner design, email design, direct mail, blog creative, and much more. You will work with motion graphics designer, marketing, and photo studio. You will have a lot of assets to create wonderful ads.


Job Description



You would be in charge of creative from coming up with ideas together with the rest of creative team, to creating mockups, finished products, and putting them on the site. Your duties will also include:



• Designing web graphics for our ecommerce site.

• Designing E-Mail newsletters on a regular basis.

• Designing online and traditional ads.

• Work with IT when needed.

• Work on photo shoots

Skills



• Photoshop CS4/CS5

• Ability to create compelling ads for retail products.

• HTML/CSS coding.

• Flash and Actionsript knowledge is a big plus.

• Critical thinking.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Passion and drive to do more, while often working with less



Minimum Qualifications



• 3+ years experience working as an interactive/web/graphics designer.

• Experience working for an ecommerce retailer is a big plus.

• Must have right to be employed in the US.
