JOB RESPONSIBILITIES...
- setting product vision and objectives
- providing design direction (including wire-framing)
- writing functional specs
- defining feature prioritization
- building traffic (and thinking creatively about how to do so)
- analysing website analytics to improve user engagement, conversion, etc.
- developing plans, from results, to improve site and metrics, iteratively
- driving future product development by understanding and passionately representing user needs
- interfacing successfully with all members of the team including developers, researchers, other product mangers, executive management, sales, and contractors--as well as site users, bloggers, and media/journalists

QUALIFICATIONS...
- BA/BS
- intimate understanding of shopping/fashion and social media online
- attention to detail; ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
- experience in Product Management role is a huge plus, but passion, ability, and desire to own and grow your product will trump years of experience
