THE OPPORTUNITY

THE OPPORTUNITY: 2010 will be an exciting year at CafePress, and you will work on growth initiatives as they pertain to onsite marketing. As the Onsite Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead teams across the organization to develop pioneering programs and be accountable for their successful completion. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of onsite marketing programs to brand growth.

  • In sum, provide overall cross-functional leadership and accountability towards the successful implementation of initiatives from beginning to end
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    The successful candidate will have solid experience in onsite marketing to consumers and corporate/high visibility brands and have a strong interest in retail pop-culture. Online retail experience highly desired. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is desired, with a minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience. Marketing experience in an advertising agency environment is a plus.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams towards a common vision and integrated execution is key to success in this role. Candidate must work effectively with executive management teams and cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, be detail-oriented and work as well independently and in groups. Ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and influencing skills. Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, is key to success in this position.

    The Web Editor will primarily be responsible for gathering, creating and posting content on LimeLife's Web and mobile (m.limelife.com) sites.     GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
    This is an entry-level position for someone with a strong interest in web analytics and site optimization. The Web Analyst will define, execute and analyze web reporting to uncover the critical trends and insights that will maximize our e-commerce and online marketing efforts.
