+ Professional, organized and creative
+ Thorough understanding of pattern repeats and a great eye for color
+ Photoshop and Illustrator expert
+ Hand drawing skills
+ Self-motivated
+ Basic sewing skills
+ Experience in apparel and home textiles
+ Printing experience
+ Sense of humor, love of hot beverages
