Responsibilities: |
-Develop department strategy that aligns to divisional strategy -LY data and market information analysis to support strategy -Line plan strategy with identified opportunities for growth -Edit and balance the line with design -Style ranking that aligns with department strategy -Competitive analysis to inform merchandise strategy -Financially analyze sales and market trends to help drive business -Create a balanced investment strategy (with Planning) -Use OTB to maximize oppty’s and mitigate risks (with Planning) -Class Plan targets that are aligned with department strategy -Create department pricing strategy -Create rack record of making “the right” recommendation to drive the business -Encourage and facilitate cross-functional input to drive business |
Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's Degree preferred -3 – 5 years of merchandising/retail buying experience specifically in Men's Denim -1 - 2 years experience managing direct reports |
