We are looking for a talented and versatile Visual Merchandiser to join the
WorldofGood.com by eBay team. This is a full time position at our Emeryville
headquarters.

Your Role:
As the Visual Merchandiser for WorldofGood.com by eBay, you will be responsible
for the visual development and implementation of all merchandising on the website,
as well as, in outreach. This includes generating targeted home page designs,
developing creative for promotions, partnerships and content for weekly
merchandise emails. You will use your knowledge of current style trends and innate
sense of fashion, to select featured products, and help create an inviting and
relevant shopping experience online. You should also be comfortable analyzing data
to improve site consistency and conversion.

Your Skill Set:
• Experience in visual merchandising (product placement, design and layout)
• On top of current fashion trends – think Carrie Bradshaw meets
TreeHugger.com
• Passion for socially‐conscious products, Fair Trade and positive social
change
• Extremely organized with an obsessive attention to detail
• Project management experience and can multi‐task effectively
• Self‐starter that can work with minimal supervisions and across multiple
teams
• BA/BS in Fashion Merchandising, Design, Art or other related major
• 2‐3 years of related work experience preferred
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop
• HTML knowledge a plus
