Manager, Domestic Product Launch Management
This position is responsible for the development and execution of the domestic marketing calendar inclusive of all new product launches. This position will be responsible for developing strategies and action plans for execution and implementation of the domestic marketing calendar.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage domestic marketing calendar incorporating feedback from Product Development, Category Management, Campaigns and Domestic Sales Channels.
  • Lead cross functional effort with global marketing, category management, product development and sales teams to establish strategies and execute plans around core and seasonal product assortment, pricing and supportive marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Manage new product launches. Plan, organize and lead cross functional project teams to successfully execute the brand experience across marketing, PR, visual merchandising and product assortment.


Requirements
  • BA/BS with 5+ years business experience
  • Superior communication and analytical skills required
  • Able to multi-task, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, fluid, and matrixed environment
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook
  • Passionate about the cosmetics industry
  • Must be adept in use of Microsoft Office & comfortable with email communications
  • Must be able to travel 20% (domestic travel required)
