You should have:

a) Have 2+ years experience in the recruitment industry
b) Have a proven track record of effective placement and

c) Be familiar with social network technology

off placing your prospects

You preferably have:

a) 2+ years fashion recruitment experience
b) Rolodex with Fortune 500 fashion firms, i.e. Dillards, Gap, Federated.
c) Worked with top recruiting firms (i.e 24seven)
d) Excellent communication skills
e) Excellent written skills
