We are currently seeking a pleasant, outgoing and professional FULLTIME Marketing Manager for a fast growing Natural Beauty Brand that will help us get through a transitional phase. · Candidate must be sharp, proactive, detail oriented, self-starter, extremely organized and ready to hit the ground running. · Online marketing experience and background · Help oversee marketing communications including branding, advertising, public relations, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research , and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis. · Will help oversee trade show execution, event planning, seminars, public relations effort and market research

Requirements: · 3-6 years marketing experience with a degree in marketing/brand management with a consumer goods company and/or beauty products company · Has experience in the Food, Drug and Mass beauty category · Has been part of a team to launch a brand from concept to shelf! · Understand the process of new product development · Excellent skills with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. · Copywriting experience a plus
