Job Title: Senior Requirements Analyst/Project Manager- Supply Chain
Location: Goleta, CA

Summary
Deckers Outdoor Corporation is looking for a strong, experienced, self starting, customer service oriented, and technically savvy Senior Requirements analyst/Project manager to help implement the various systems and projects required to help us continue to increase our business base. This candidate would be responsible for coordinating the implementation of developed and purchased application systems, in conjunction with the Applications Development and IT Operations teams, which support our company goals and IT strategies. The prospective employee will act as the primary IT project manager for various projects and will work with the user community to develop system requirements documents, test scripts/scenarios, training documentation and any necessary supporting documentation. This person will also support user requests, help train users on new systems and oversee all user requests for prioritization and disposition. Specific knowledge in Supply Chain management within Oracle ERP is a must. Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with the programming group to develop system level requirements and designs, resulting in value-added systems and processes.
• Assumes Project Management responsibilities as required.
• Assists in the development of the IT department’s strategic architecture.
• Works with various company personnel to develop complex system requirements.
• Able to analyze problems and provide coherent solutions to both users and management.
• Proposes alternate processes and procedures to make the company more competitive and streamlined.
• Develops detailed requirements documents and detailed test scenarios to ensure a smooth transition of developed/purchased systems into production.
• Responsible for ensuring that requirement specifications and test scripts/scenarios meet user expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring that the user community’s representative is adequately trained in the usage of new systems.
• Has a strong understanding of Oracle’s ERP system tables, table relationships, and underlying data flows.
• Has a strong understanding of Oracle’s Supply Chain modules and interdepartmental relationships.
• Has a strong understanding of corporate business processes and its relationship to Oracle’s ERP system.
• Has a strong working knowledge of Relational database concepts.
• Performs integration and system level tests and develops any necessary supporting documentation.

Position Qualifications
• B.A./B.S. Degree and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training
• Strong functional business background
• Strong understanding of Oracle’s ERP Supply Chain business flows and applications
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Strong team building skills
• Flexible problem solving skills
• Detailed analytical skills
