RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Generate vacation ownership tours by engaging people at our sales booths located at fun events around the Bay Area
*Offer promotional items to attend a vacation ownership tour at our San Francisco Resort
* Provide excellent customer service and phenomenal follow up.
* Must meet or exceed minimum weekly quotas to maintain position

Marketing Assistant (San Bruno)

Description:
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager and/or Assistant Marketing Manager in the overall Marketing efforts of the shopping center, which include, but are not limited to: public relations, advertising, research, coordination of mall marketing, and promotional events. Holiday and weekend hours may be required.

Core Functions and/or Organization Functions:
• Facilitate and aid in promoting mall marketing promotions and events
• Under direct supervision, create marketing collateral pieces and display
• Draft monthly marketing program and quarterly tenant newsletters
• Draft mall website and other promotional copy as needed
• Prepares event contracts, work orders for events, donation letters and other correspondence
• Assist in the maintenance of the mall¿fs social media pages (Facebook, Twiiter, Yelp, etc.)
• Maintains media and tenant lists
• Process individual and corporate gift card sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with store and assistant managers
• Assist Specialty Leasing with rent collections, license agreements, cart installations/de-installations and mall vending
• Receives, qualifies and answers inquires from customers and others (received via phone, email, social media or other correspondence) in a timely manner
• Faxing, filing, and photocopying
• Gain an understanding of NOI and help contribute to meeting/exceeding those goals
• Maintain current knowledge of fashion and store trends, clip related articles from newspapers and magazines and route to Marketing team
• Works within established guidelines
• Other duties as assigned


Experience:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, InDesign and PhotoShop
- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments
- Work requires professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
