Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with other departments to streamline daily tasks
• Edit, proofread, and finalize correspondence
• Arrange a high volume of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations and itineraries
• Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and packages
• Assemble materials necessary for regularly scheduled meetings
• Manage extensive contact database
• Coordinate complex schedules and the master calendar
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of business experience
• Knowledge and understanding of finance industry is a must
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex spreadsheets
• Discretion and excellent judgment to handle confidential materials
• Meticulously organized and detail-oriented
• Sense of urgency and follow through skills to meet aggressive deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
